Upon termination or suspension, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and NJD Web may delete or deactivate your account and all related information and files in your account without liability to you, subject to applicable law. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on our platform or by contacting our support team. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, liability limitations, warranty disclaimers, and dispute resolution clauses.
